Returns & Cancellation Policy
Because nearly everything we create is custom-made specifically for you, our policy is straightforward:
All orders are final once materials have been ordered.
This includes:
- Custom frames (Framers Choice and any made-to-order work)
- Ready-made frames
- Mat kits
- Any other items purchased online or in our store
Once we order the moulding, glass, mat board, or other materials for your project, we cannot accept cancellations, changes, or refunds. These materials are cut and prepared specifically for your order and cannot be reused or returned to our suppliers.
We understand this is strict, and we appreciate your understanding. Custom framing is a highly specialized process, and this policy allows us to keep prices fair and quality high.
Exceptions: We will, of course, make things right if:
- Your order arrives damaged
- There is a manufacturing defect or error on our part
In those rare cases, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order, and we will resolve the issue promptly.
