If you are not absolutely satisfied with the item ordered from Framing artistry, simply send it back in its original condition “as shipped” to you within 14 days from the date of receipt for an exchange or a refund for the price of the item.

Return items must be shipped with insurance and a tracking number to ensure proper return. All returns will be inspected, and a credit will be processed within 15 business days from the receipt of the returned item. A 10% Restocking Fee will be charged on all accepted returns.

We do not accept returns on items advertised “As-Is”, “Non-Returnable”, “Final Sale” at the time of the sale. Returns received after 30 days will NOT be accepted.

All customized items, such as exclusively painted, signed, or notated items are deemed as “Final Sale” items and will NOT be accepted as returns.

Returns are not accepted for any items that have been sized, altered in any manner by anyone other than Optima, used or with detached tags. Shipping and handling fees are nonrefundable. The entire item in the condition it was shipped and any accompanying paperwork including but not limited to invoice and/or certificates must be sent back for exchange or refund. Shipping and processing charges are non-refundable. Card refunds processing times may vary with each financial institution.
